Phase 1. We Listen
We start by listening — to the space, to the people using it, and to the goals driving it.
Through site visits, sound assessments, or digital collaboration, we analyze the acoustic challenges and identify how sound interacts with layout, materials, and function. We also factor in your visual identity, sustainability ambitions, and any specific user needs (like speech privacy, neurodiversity, or wellness).

Phase 2. Design & Specify
This is where function meets form. Based on the brief, we create a custom acoustic strategy — selecting the right mix of surfaces, products, and materials. From ceiling absorbers to partitions, floor treatments to acoustic lighting, we design layered solutions that work together acoustically and visually.
What we deliver: detailed proposals, visual concepts, product specs, and an implementation roadmap.
Phase 3. Build & Install
We work with trusted fabrication partners and installation teams to bring the vision to life. Whether we’re retrofitting a single meeting room or delivering a full-scale acoustic interior, we ensure that every element is made to spec, installed with care, and integrated seamlessly into the space.
What we deliver: quality execution, clean coordination, and minimal disruption.
Phase 4. Measure & Refine
Some projects call for data. Others for feedback. We offer post-installation acoustic testing, walkthroughs, and user input reviews to ensure the solution delivers over time. We’re here to adapt, improve, or extend the system as your needs evolve.
